Dr. Sam Jeffries, OTD, OTR/L, CNC, DN1, TPI level 1

Hi! I’m a Jesus-loving occupational therapist with over five years of experience. I work with people who are dealing with pain, injuries, and other physical challenges that affect their daily lives and keep them from doing the things they enjoy.

My treatment style is hands-on and movement focused. I use a combination of treatment techniques and targeted exercises to address what’s contributing to your symptoms and help you get back to the activities that matter most.

Being active has always been a big part of my life, so I understand how frustrating it can be when your body limits what you can do. This past year, that understanding became even more personal as I navigated stage 4 endometriosis and two surgeries firsthand.

That experience has shaped the way I care for my clients. I take the time to listen, understand what matters, and create a plan that fits your goals. My faith is an important part of who I am and how I care for others, and I want every person I work with to feel heard and supported.

I specialize in golf performance, TMJ, and headaches, while also working with people experiencing a wide range of physical difficulties. Whether you’re trying to get back to a hobby, keep up with your family, manage the demands of work, or simply get through your day with less pain, I’m here to help.

Dry needling for TMJ, jaw pain, and headaches.

what to expect

Sessions are personalized and focused on helping you understand what’s contributing to your symptoms—not just temporarily treating them.

beyond the clinic

The goal isn’t just to feel better during an appointment. You’ll leave with practical tools and strategies to keep making progress outside of treatment.

A holistic approach

Health is more than physical. I BELIEVE GOD CREATED US AS WHOLE PEOPLE — mind, body, AND SPIRIT. movement, nutrition, rest, and how we care for our bodies all influence how we think, feel, and live. Caring for our bodies is one way we can honor that gift and create the capacity to fully live the life we’ve been given.
